TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1

Arrive in Seol, transfer to the hotel, and check-in. Visit the Namsan Park, N Seul Tower, Myeondong

Day 2

Visit the Myeongdong Cathedral – The heart of Catholicism in Korea, a beautiful Gothic-style church and the first brick-built Catholic church in the country.
continue to Seosomun Martyrs`Shrine – A significant site where many Korean Catholics were martyred. Explore Myeongdong.

Day 3

Visit Yakhyeon Catholic Church – The first Western-style Catholic church in Korea. Jeoldusan Martyrs’ Shrine & Museum – Commemorates those who were executed for their faith. Hanok Village (Bukchon or Namsangol) – Experience traditional Korean culture. Gwanghwamun Square & Statue of Catholic Scholar Dasan Jeong Yak-yong

Day 4

Drive to Ganghwa Anglican Church – The first Anglican church in Korea.
Ganghwa Martyrs’ Shrine – Dedicated to the first Korean Catholic martyrs.
Chamseongdan Altar – Offers stunning views and historical significance.
Return to Seoul – Evening Mass

Day 5

Drive to Hwaseong Fortress (Suwon) – UNESCO-listed site and a historical landmark.
Pungsuwon Catholic Church (Yeoju) – The oldest Gothic-style Catholic church in Korea, set in a peaceful rural area.
Visit Yeoju St. Andrew Kim Dae-geon’s Birthplace

Day 6

Take KTX to Daejeon
Solmoe Holy Ground – The birthplace of Korea’s first priest, St. Andrew Kim Dae-geon.
Gongju Catholic Martyrs’ Shrine
Explore Daejeon City – Visit Daejeon Catholic Church

Day 7

Return to Gwangju for overnight.

Take KTX train to Busan

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple – A rare seaside Buddhist temple for cultural exploration. Evening Mass at a Local Church

Day 10

Visit Gyesan Catholic Church – A historic church in the heart of Daegu.
Seomun Market – Enjoy local delicacies.
Mass at St. Justin Martyr’s Church

Day 11

Take KTX
Eunpyeong St. Andrew Kim Dae-geon Shrine – A significant pilgrimage site dedicated to Korea’s first saint.
Free time for last-minute shopping (Namdaemun or Dongdaemun Markets).
